- Counselling and psychotherapy for adult individuals (18+)
- Coaching and mentoring
- Zoom, FaceTime or mobile phone sessions, as appropriate.
Psychotherapy is helpful if you are noticing recurring patterns of behaviour that are affecting your life and relationships, such as:
- Regular bouts of anxiety or panic attacks
- Nervous system overload from "over-doing"
- Difficulty making decisions
- Difficulties with personal or business relationships
- Inability to manage anger and other strong emotions
- Binge eating, drinking or substance abuse
- Loss of motivation
- Loss of a sense of pleasure, joy or spontaneity
- Unaccountable mood swings
These may be associated with underlying, intermittent or recurring feelings of:
- Free-floating anxiety, panic or crisis
- Inability to calm your nervous system (constantly anxious)
- Your life being out of control
- Anger, resentment or depression
- Despair or hopelessness
- Helplessness; feeling "lost"
- Chronic sadness or unhappiness
- Dislocation from your country of origin; feeling unsettled and homesick
- Grieving the loss of a loved one or companion animal
- Being unable to get to grips with life
- Feeling "stuck" and unmotivated
- Lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in life
